I woke up to a Monday like I usally do, late. Got into the shower with the bath radio and while listening to the news I had a brick of bad news thrown into my face. A body had been found at Paddington station which the police assume is the missing children’s presenter Mark Speight, his family stated that he was very distraught after the death of his fiancé due to a drug overdose.
Those who are not familiar with his work, Mark Speight was an inspiring man and worked on a UK children’s art show called "Smart" for many-many years and I mean back when I was very little. Mark Speight and Neil Buchanan were my inspiration as a kid, they got me interested in art and it has hit me very hard to hear one of them go.
I'm running out of time so I will update this journal later in the day, there's so much heart ache inside of me at the moment, I don't think I'll be able to finish this so soon after I heard the news.
Yeah, you know how people often attack things that they don't understand... Of course that doesn't mean that they'd want to be able to understand it, heck no, they're just looking for something to whine about.
There's probably a whole depot for them waaaaahmbulances somewhere, unfortunately they all have to be deployed the moment somebody gets banned for posting nasty pictures on the BHF.
